PAYMENT TERMS: Goods are released only after 100% payment has been received

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment for goods must be made exclusively in hryvnia using the method most convenient for you:

• At any bank branch or via online banking, using a printed invoice.

• By Visa or MasterCard via online payment systems

DELIVERY:

• Collection from our warehouse: Kyiv, 5 Avtoparkova Street

• Delivery within Ukraine is not included in the price of the goods and is carried out by the courier companies NOVA POSHTA, AUTOLUX, SAT, INTAIM, and NIGHT EXPRESS to the branch of your choice in your city. Couriers usually deliver orders within 2–4 days. IMPORTANT: When collecting your goods from the courier’s branch, please inspect the packaging carefully to ensure it is intact and free from visible physical damage.

• Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out on EXW terms (Incoterms 2010) from Kyiv, 5 Avtoparkova Street. Shipment under other terms is subject to agreement.

RECEIPT OF GOODS:

Check the goods received and ensure there is no visible physical damage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

• Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of the Buyer receiving the goods.

• Return delivery of goods is at the Buyer’s expense

• Returns and exchanges of goods of satisfactory quality are accepted provided they have not been used and their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the receipt issued to the consumer along with the goods remain intact.

• Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned or exchanged provided they have not been used and their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels remain intact, and the receipt issued to the consumer at the time of purchase is presented.

• Goods delivered TO ORDER are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the goods received do not match the order or where there is a manufacturing defect.

• Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, only after goods of satisfactory quality have been returned to our warehouse.
